Get ready to meet our new-look sidebar: set to make it easier for people to get where they want to go and enhance the overall user experience.
Read on for the highlights, how to become an early adopter, and what we need from you!
The highlights reel:
The icon strip: Move between the core areas of the web-app with ease.
Hover over icons or click the arrow to expand
Enjoy the extra working space with the sidebar collapsed.
đ Home: Get quick access to âMy Dashboardâ.
â Shortcuts: Declutter to get to your favourite pages even faster--just click the star to remove the shortcuts you no longer need.
đ Modules:
Request for your registers and tools (like Visitor Management or Broadcast Notifications) to be grouped under custom headings.
Provide descriptions for your registers which will appear on hover helping your teams find the forms they need.
Pin your favourite registers to the top (theyâll still appear in their allocated group as well).
Search your registers, tools and register descriptions using the search bar to quickly find what you're looking for.

Become an early adopter!
The new sidebar will be rolled out to all users on 1st March, 2024.
Weâll be actively recruiting early adopters to start reaping the benefits of the sleek and intuitive design early in the New Year. If youâd like to be one of these customers, simply reply to this email or let your Customer Success Manager know.
We need a new logomark from you
To optimise the branding of your ecoPortal site, the slimline design requires a new, square logomark. Weâll need this no later than 29th February, 2024. The fallback image will be the ecoPortal logomark (as seen in the image above).
Here are the image specifications for the best results:
Format: PNG, GIF or JPG
Size: up to 132 x 132 pixels
Background: make it transparent
Content/layout: use your organisationâs (or brandâs) main image or icon. Avoid too many words.
Send your logomark to usvia the customer portal and weâll have it locked and loaded in time for the release (with no impact on your support hours).
Weâll send reminders, as well as more information about how you can take advantage of the new grouping functionality in the new year.
